A valuable contribution was made by DCU staff at the recent conference of the Computers in Education Society of Ireland (CESI) in Galway. Dr Deirdre Butler from St Patrick’s College and Dr Michael Hallissy presented a major keynote address on the new National Digital Learning Strategy. At the end of 2013 a team of staff from St Patrick’s College led by Deirdre produced a Consultative Paper aimed at framing the discussion and development of the Strategy.
In addition, during the CESI conference Dr Enda Donlan, Dr Mark Glynn, and Professor Mark Brown all made valuable contributions to the programme. Both Edna and Mark Glynn are members of the CESI National Executive.
